MEDICAL MASSAGE
240 Hour Certification
Medical massage combines the best of Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy. Learn how to assess musculoskeletal dysfunctions, myofascial restrictions and postural deviations that can cause chronic pain and misalignments; treat the musculature with deep tissue therapy and massage; and, rehabilitate the muscles using range of motion, passive stretching and strengthening techniques.
Medical massage is a great addition for someone who only has basic massage training, because it allows you to address the cause of a person’s musculoskeletal dysfunctions, which can lead to a more permanent, pain-free resolution. Medical massage is a must for any serious bodywork therapist.
This course is available to students who wish to continue their education in the field, or, to new students who would like to study one modality at a time.
Our Medical Massage Certification follows the Massage & Bodywork Therapy
650 Hour Program, Night Class training schedule. Students can apply their
in-class Medical Massage certification hours toward the Academy’s 650 Hour Massage & Bodywork Therapy Program.
MEDICAL MASSAGE PROGRAM - TUITION:
Tuition = $1,499.00; Down payment = $599.00; Balance due = $900.00
Balance paid in 2 monthly payments of $450.00
Tuition includes books and materials, application and registration fees. The Academy does not charge interest to students who choose our payment plans. We also accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover Card. Applicants who are unemployed can contact their local unemployment office to inquire about
